Like Paul, Barnabas, and John Mark, they all started off on the same missionary journey. But as time when on the Lord had other plans for John Mark and he went back to Jerusalem. Recall a time when someone you have co labored with in Christ was lead in a different direction for God. How did you respond to their departure? Were you encouraged or discouraged? Explain.
As Paul and Barnabas were given many opportunities to share the Gospel, are you prepared to share the Good News at the drop of a dime, with whomever the Lord puts in your path? How do you know you are prepared to? Explain.
We continue to learn as we study the Bible that all Scripture points to Jesus Christ. Recall any specific verse or verses that come to mind that express this truth. If possible, discuss with your family or friends.

We started off learning how as followers of Jesus, we can actually bless or praise God the Father for the great mercy He shows us. How often do you find yourself praising God for His great mercy? How do you praise Him? Explain.
Knowing that your salvation, inheritance, is undefiled and imperishable, has it strengthened your faith in Christ? Are you more courageous in your dealings with others knowing your salvation is secured in Jesus? Explain.
Lastly, we learned abiding in Christ is essential to having a relationship with Him. How can you determine if you are abiding in Him today, what are the marks of your life that reveal this? Explain.

So we read about this magician Bar-Jesus who tried to stand in the way of the message of Salvation getting to the Roman governor, name a time, person, or thing that tried to stand in between you and your relationship with Jesus Christ. Explain.
